Coming Soon: Our Activity Bus! 🚌

Providence Cristo Rey Wolves like to get involved. The majority of our student body either plays on one of our nine athletic teams or is a member of a school club.

Since the very beginning of Providence Cristo Rey, our coaches, club advisors, and administrators have seen a need for us to have an activity bus. We often have small to medium sized groups who need to get to competitions, meets, or events.

However, groups may or may not have a 50-seat bus trip in their budget. Our athletic teams and clubs usually spend more than they need to in order to participate in events.

That is why we included this special gift request in our December 2017 Annual Appeal letter. We are so thankful that many of you responded to our need! We are happy to report that we will be purchasing a gently used activity bus from Cristo Rey Atlanta!

"This van will be an amazing resource for our students, coaches, and club sponsors," said Dr. Margie Crooks, president of Providence Cristo Rey. "Getting involved in an extracurricular activity helps students find their strengths and develop important life skills. We are hopeful that we will be able to purchase additional buses in the near future."

We know that as soon as we get this bus on our campus, we will have teams and clubs that will want to use it! We would like to be able to purchase additional buses in the near future, so that all of our students in extracurricular activities can participate to the fullest extent possible.
