Every year we need new job descriptions that let the CWS team know what the student(s) are working on and supports appropriate contact and transportation information. Please share your 2025-26 Job Description before students arrive in your workplace.
If you are interested in meeting with the CWS Success Coach to support you and your work with PCR students, send us a note and the CWS team will get back to you within 2 business days
As a mentor, or anyone working with PCRHS students, we ask you to complete the Safe Parish training as required by the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. This 30 min training supports you working safely with young people in the workplace. Here is the organizational code/passcode needed to begin the training: Archindy2021

To confirm your student worker's bus pick up and drop off time. If you need to update your company's address or information, please contact the CWS team.
