Career Mentor Resources
The following materials will help guide you through being a CWS Career Mentor and offer some strategies to support your working relationship with PCR students.
Your one stop resource for the policies and procedures to support CWS students.
As a mentor, or anyone working with PCRHS students, we ask you to complete the Safe Parish training as required by the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. This 30 min training supports you working safely with young people in the workplace. Here is the organizational code/passcode needed to begin the training: Archindy2021
The CWS Team recommends this document to help identify and support rapport building, task identification, and more as you work with PCR students
If you are transporting a student to a professional event, meeting, or training, a field trip permission form must be submitted in advance and approved by the Corporate Work Study office.
If you are interested in meeting with the CWS Success Coach to support you and your work with PCR students, send us a note and the CWS team will get back to you within 2 business days
This training provides an overview of PCR and the Corporate Work Study Program, and how the CWS team can support you through your mentorship.
Transportation
To confirm your student worker's bus pick up and drop off time. If you need to update your company's address or information, please contact the CWS team.
