There are various ways to visit Providence Cristo Rey High School. We invite you to come see our school for yourself to see all that the PCRHS Wolf Pack has to offer!​

Shadow Days

Step into the Pack for a day at Providence Cristo Rey!

​

We invite you to experience life as a PCR Wolf through our Shadow Day program. Discover our engaging classes, explore our distinctive Corporate Work Study Program, and get a real feel for student life on campus. Shadow students are matched with a PCR Student Ambassador and attend classes alongside them throughout the day. Lunch is included.

Shadow Days run from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

SPRING:

  • January: 20th, 21st, 26th, 27th

  • February: 2nd, 4th, 9th,17th, 18th, 23rd, 24th

  • March: 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 11th, 23rd, 25th, 31st

Fall Events

We invite middle schoolers and their families to come to check out our school during some of our exciting events this fall. We love giving you the chance to walk our halls, meet our incredible faculty and staff, and get to know more about what makes our school so unique. We hope you'll join us for one or more of the following events this fall.​

  • Schedule a Personal Tour​

    • Monday - Friday | 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

    • ​Providence Cristo Rey invites 8th graders and their families to take a 30-minute tour of our school. We offer tours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please use the link below to register. If these dates and times do not work, please call our admissions office to set up a time that is right for you.​​

  • PCR Information Night (English, Spanish, Burmese)​

    • Thursday, September 24th | 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

    • Providence Cristo Rey High School invites prospective students and their families to attend our Information Night. Learn about our college-preparatory academics, Corporate Work Study Program, admissions process, student life, and the many opportunities available to students at Providence Cristo Rey. Meet members of our faculty and staff and get your questions answered as you explore what makes our school unique.

  • Open House​

    • Wednesday, October 28th | 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

    • Providence Cristo Rey High School invites prospective students and their families to attend our Open House. Discover what makes Providence Cristo Rey unique as you tour the school, meet our students, faculty, and staff, learn about our college-preparatory academics and Corporate Work Study Program, and see how we prepare students for success in college, career, and life. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you explore all that Providence Cristo Rey has to offer.​

  • Student & Family Interviews​

    • Saturday, November 14th | 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

    • Saturday, December 5th | 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

    • Providence Cristo Rey High School invites prospective students and their parent or guardian to attend their Parent & Student Interview. As part of the admissions process, this meeting allows our Admissions Team to get to know your family, answer your questions, and determine if Providence Cristo Rey is the right fit for your student.

  • Placement Tests & Parent Tour​

    • Saturday, November 7th | 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

    • Thursday, December 3rd | 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

    • Providence Cristo Rey High School invites admitted students to attend Placement Testing. While students complete their exams, parents and guardians are invited to tour the school and learn more about what to expect as part of the Providence Cristo Rey community.

  • Decision Days​

    • Wednesday, December 16th - Friday, December 18th

    • Decision Day is when prospective students and their families receive their admissions decision from Providence Cristo Rey High School. Accepted students will receive information about the next steps in the enrollment process.

Complete your online application

  • Go to www.cristoreyindy.org/apply to create your portal account and complete your online application!

  • Our Admissions Team will reach our to answer questions and update you throughout the admissions process.

Records, Interview, & Placement Test

The following steps are required for us to review your application & give you an admissions decision:

  • The Admissions team will request your student records from your current school. You can also request & upload your own records through your parent portal account.

  • Schedule your admissions interview through your portal account or by calling admissions team at 317.860.1000 ext 416. Interviews are for both students and parents.

  • Attend one of our scheduled math and english placement tests

Acceptance & Enrollment

  • If all the above steps are completed, you will receive your admissions decision by the end of March. 

  • Complete your enrollment paperwork with the assistance of our Admissions team by May 15th!
