APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION

The Application for the 2026-2027 school year for incoming freshmen and transfer students will open on September 1st.​

​Our Admissions Team will reach out to answer questions and update you throughout the admissions process.​

STEP 2: RECORDS REVIEW, INTERVIEW, AND PLACEMENT TEST

The Admissions team will request your student records from your current school. You can also request & upload your records through your parent portal account.

Schedule your admissions interview through your portal account or by calling the admissions team at 317.860.1000 ext. 416. Interviews are for both students and parents. You must also take the High School Placement Test either at Providence Cristo Rey or at another school and have your scores sent to PCRHS before your admissions decision can be made.

High School Placements Test Dates: November 8th & December 6th​

Student/Parent Interview Dates: November 15th & December 4th

If you are worried about the strength of your application, you are also welcome to submit letters of recommendation along with your application. If you would like to include one or more letters of recommendation please reach out to Maria Aguirre at maguirre@pcrhs.org for more information.

STEP 3: ACCEPTANCE!

If you apply by the Priority Application Deadline, November 14th, and you complete the above steps, you will receive your admissions decision by Christmas Break. Any applications submitted after this date will be considered during our General Admissions Phase, which closes on February 27th. After this date, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as long as spots remain available, although we cannot guarantee admission to anyone who applies after this date.

STEP 4: ENROLLMENT

After receiving word of your acceptance into PCRHS, you will be contacted by a member of the Admissions staff to schedule your enrollment appointment. Complete your enrollment paperwork with the assistance of our Admissions team by May 15th to reserve your spot for the Fall semester!
