March 2017 Corporate Work Study Student of the Month - Jasmin Hernandez

Jasmin Hernandez is the March Corporate Work Study Student of the Month! Her supervisor, Pamela Jones, nominated her for this award. Read Pamela's recommendation below:

Jasmin has been a joy to have as part of the team in the Office of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Franciscan Health. She performs a variety of tasks for our department, as well as the CEO's office. Some of her tasks include filing important legal and administrative documents, research for the preparation of legal articles, attending conference calls, and engaging in a variety of experiences in numerous clinical departments.

Jasmin is detail-oriented, and her assistance is important to the successful operations of our administration and the legal department. I have received several positive comments from others about her work.

She worked with our Privacy/Compliance Officer, Becky Merkel, and participated in an important conference call. Ms. Merkel found Jasmin to be inquisitive and assertive, adding, "I thought she really connected to the purpose of the exercise that day. She was engaged and learned about group dynamics. I could not have asked for a better experience with Jasmin.

Jasmin also spent a few hours with our Marketing Department, where they remarked, "She was a delight to have in the office!" She also completed tasks for the Executive Assistant to our CEO who remarked, "She is a great asset to our office!"

Jasmin is respectful and professional in her interactions with me and my team members. She asks follow-up questions and is engaged in this terrific opportunity. She completes all tasks on time - with a joyful attitude. She is professional, kind and polite. I am convinced that God has big plans for Jasmin, and she will be successful at whatever she sets her goals upon!
